Information we process

We process your account identifier and email address when you sign in. For email accounts we store a salted password hash, never your readable password; for Google sign-in we store your Google account identifier. When you create a video, we process the photos you upload, your chosen creative settings, optional theme, generation status and the resulting video. We also keep records of credit grants, spending, gifts and payment events needed to operate the service.

Basic technical information, such as request logs and IP addresses, may be processed to secure the service and diagnose errors. We do not ask you to upload identity documents or payment card numbers.

How your media is used

Photos and generated videos are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. We create limited-time signed links for the photos you submit and pass those links, along with your prompt and settings, to SeeAPI so the selected video model can generate the requested video. The resulting video is retrieved and stored privately for your account.

Only upload images you have permission to use. Other users cannot browse your private media through the product. We do not publish your uploads or outputs as public examples without your separate permission.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the site, account records, necessary session cookies and private media storage. Google processes Google sign-in when you choose that option. SeeAPI processes generation requests using the selected video model. Stripe processes checkout, subscriptions and billing portal access. We receive payment status and transaction identifiers from Stripe, not your full card details.

Each provider may process information under its own terms and privacy notice. Data may be processed in countries outside yours, depending on provider infrastructure.

Retention and deletion

Account records, private photos, generated videos and generation history remain stored while needed to operate the account. This version does not run an automatic deletion schedule. You may request deletion through the support contact below. We will assess and process the request while retaining records required for payments, fraud prevention, disputes or legal obligations.

A generation failure can leave diagnostic records even when site credits are returned. Limited-time signed URLs expire, but that expiry does not itself delete the underlying private files.

Your choices

You can choose not to provide an optional rap theme. You may access your videos and credit balance while signed in. You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your personal information through the support contact below, subject to applicable law and necessary record retention.

You can cancel future subscription renewals through the Billing Portal. Sign-in uses a necessary secure session cookie. Email accounts use an email address and password without an email verification message; Google sign-in uses your Google account.

Security and changes

We use access controls and private storage to restrict account media. No internet service can promise perfect security. We may update this policy as the product or its providers change; the updated date above shows the current draft version.
