Generation failures

The quoted site credits are reserved when a generation starts. If the video provider confirms a terminal failure, we return the reserved credits once. A task still running or awaiting review is not treated as failed until its provider status is confirmed.

A completed generation uses its quoted credits even if you choose not to download or publish the video. Model output can vary, so subjective dissatisfaction with a completed result does not automatically qualify for a credit refund.

One-time credit packs

Pack credits do not expire. You may request a refund for a pack within seven days of purchase if none of its credits have been used or transferred through a gift. A partially used or gifted pack is ordinarily not refundable, unless applicable law gives you additional rights.

Subscriptions

You can cancel future subscription renewal in the Billing Portal at any time. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Unused monthly credits do not roll over; annual credits expire at the end of the annual period.

You may request a refund of a first subscription payment within seven days if none of that period’s credits have been used or gifted. Renewals and periods with used credits are ordinarily not refundable, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Use the support contact below and include the email address on your account and the relevant purchase date. Do not send payment card details. We may ask for information that helps us locate the Stripe transaction and verify account ownership.

Refund requests require operator review. Before approving a refund, we check that the relevant credits remain unused and adjust those credits manually as part of processing the refund. Approved monetary refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on the payment provider and bank.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not override consumer rights that apply in your location. Where local law requires a different remedy or period, that law takes precedence.
