Using the service

AI Rap Video Creator lets account holders submit photographs and creative settings to generate short videos. You are responsible for your account, the material you submit and the way you use your output. The service may change or be unavailable while providers process requests or perform maintenance.

You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement in your location. If a child appears in an image, you must have all required consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Photos and consent

You must own or have permission to use every photo you upload and have the consent of each person pictured for the intended animation and sharing. Do not use the service to impersonate someone deceptively, harass people, violate privacy or intellectual property rights, or create unlawful content.

We may reject or stop requests that violate these rules or a model provider’s safety requirements. A provider-confirmed terminal generation failure returns the site credits reserved for that attempt.

AI output

Video, audio, lyrics and mouth movement are model-generated and can vary. We do not guarantee precise likeness, factual accuracy, lyric content, vocal quality, timing or lip synchronization. Review each result before publishing it.

Your output should not be presented as a real recording of a person who did not perform it. Do not claim affiliation with an artist, label or public figure because a video resembles a style or setting.

Credits and subscriptions

The studio shows a site-credit quote before you submit a generation. A 12-second video costs 10 site credits at either 480P or 720P. Other supported durations scale by the published formula. Site credits are a product balance and are separate from provider credits.

One-time pack credits do not expire. Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of the monthly billing period and do not roll over. Annual subscription credits are granted upfront and expire at the end of the annual billing period. Plans renew until canceled; cancellation stops future renewals and does not remove the paid period already granted.

Gifts reserve credits from the sender’s existing balance. Each recipient can claim the designated amount once. The sender may reclaim unused shares while the gift remains active; claimed shares stay with the recipient.

Payments and refunds

Stripe handles payment collection and subscription management. Prices and plan details are shown at checkout. Payment is required before purchased credits are granted. Our refund approach is explained in the Refund Policy, with any additional rights required by applicable law preserved.

Availability and liability

Generation depends on external systems, and some requests may fail, be delayed or need manual review. A task with uncertain provider status may remain pending while we investigate to avoid duplicate charges or generations.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability or a particular creative result. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
